On Nov. 19 2015, Rebecca Guengerich, Pastoral Associate at the Lutheran Campus Ministries at the University of Texas at Austin, was the guest speaker for the Dialogue Matters program. The topic of her talk was Reclaiming the Heart of Our Humanity.

In her speech, she talked about how she realized that all humanity is lost when there is no religion. She also pointed out that, in essence, of all of our religions there is “love” and shared her experience of their congregation’s worshiping at the Jewish seminary and having Bible study at the mosque when their Church was under construction.
