Join us for this incredible happening this February 23rd at 7PM. Tickets for this event are available NOW at this link!

Coleman Barks is the preeminent translator of the 13th-century poet, Rumi. He taught poetry and creative writing at the University of Georgia for 30 years, is author of numerous Rumi translations and has been a student of Sufism since 1977. Interviewed with Bill Moyers for PBS, Coleman explained Rumi, “is trying to get us to feel the vastness of our true identity–like the sense you might get walking into a cathedral–what Jesus referred to when he said, “The kingdom of God is within you.”

Eugene Friesen, internationally known cellist, composer and teacher, winner of Grammy Awards for musical contributions to Paul Winter Consort albums, is an artist-in-residence at the Cathedral of St. John the Devine in NYC and on the faculty of Berklee College of Music in Boston.
