Parking info:

The building is the Texas International Education Consortium Building at 1103 W. 24th Street, Austin.  It is at the southwest corner of Leon and 24th.  The entrance to the parking lot is on Leon Street.  There is parking in front of the building and along the side of the building on Leon Street.
